What JetSet Direct Link is (and isn't)

JetSet Direct Link is:

  • A digital marketplace and search tool for empty legs and private charter opportunities.
  • A way to discover flights from AOC‑verified operators across the UK and Europe.
  • A secure layer for inquiries, bookings, and payments.

JetSet Direct Link is not:

  • An aircraft operator.
  • A licensed charter broker.
  • Responsible for operating or maintaining aircraft, or for flight safety.

All flights are operated by independent, AOC‑certified operators. They control the aircraft, crew, and day‑of‑flight decisions.

Step 1 — Search and explore routes

You can start in two ways:

Search directly

Enter your departure, destination, and dates on the main search screen to see current opportunities.

Explore routes

Use the Explore routes section to browse popular corridors such as:

  • London ⇄ Ibiza, Palma, Olbia
  • London ⇄ Geneva and other Alpine gateways
  • Other high‑signal empty‑leg routes across the UK and Europe

Each route page explains why empty legs appear there, what to expect, and how to set up alerts.

Step 2 — View flight details

When you see a suitable opportunity, you can review:

Route and timing

  • Departure and arrival airports
  • Date and planned time window

Aircraft

  • Aircraft type and typical cabin layout
  • Approximate passenger capacity

Operator information

  • Confirmation that the operator holds a valid Air Operator Certificate (AOC)
  • Basic profile details where available

Empty legs usually have less flexibility than a fully bespoke charter: the aircraft is already moving for another mission, so you are taking advantage of that existing repositioning flight.

Step 3 — Inquire, confirm, and pay securely

Send an inquiry or booking request

Share who is travelling, your preferred timing within the offered window, and any key requirements.

Operator confirmation

The operator reviews your request and confirms availability, final timing, and price.

Secure payment via Stripe

Once confirmed, you pay through our Stripe‑powered checkout.

Funds are held and released to the operator after the flight, minus platform fees.

You never pay the operator directly via ad‑hoc bank transfers for flights booked through JetSet Direct Link. Everything runs through one secure flow.

Safety and verification

Safety starts with the operator, not the software. On JetSet Direct Link:

  • Every flight is operated by an AOC-certified charter operator.
  • We verify operator credentials before they can list flights.
  • Payments are handled securely via Stripe.
